Food Service Projects

Starbucks / Macy’s

A359 Partners in Architecture has implemented over 50 Starbucks cafes and kiosks located in Macy’s retail locations. We survey existing conditions and coordinate the interior alterations required to incorporate Starbucks standards.  Fast-tracked and compressed schedules for rapid implementation require the existing building infrastructure and local code requirements to be quickly evaluated and documented. A359 architects conduct site surveys and research the specific requirements for the construction documentation, permitting, and implementation of the Starbucks Prototype as part of our food service and retail architecture work.  In addition to work with Starbucks, A359 has implemented projects for Chipotle and Potbelly Sandwich Shop.

Ivory House Restaurant

A359  collaborated with restaurateurs Frank Eversole and Rick Pouliot on the renovation of a former branch bank site in the historic Westwood Town Hall District. This fine dining establishment features 70 seats, private dining areas and a piano lounge. Bright tile accents, dynamic lighting, and historic photos added to the transformation of this teller area into an elevated neighborhood venue that pays homage to Westwood’s last mayor, James N. Gamble.
